Behind the Curtains

ParkCity.jobs was started by a born and raised Park City local, freelancing designer, mom of two, and now… accidental “job matchmaker”.

So why did I start this?

After taking seven years off to care for my kids, I found myself ready to jump back into the workforce. Only I realized that figuring out who’s hiring in Park City is basically a full-time job on its own. And it sucked! Listings are scattered across random hospitality sites, resort job boards, newspaper classifieds, KSL, and every hiring platform under the sun (looking at you, LinkedIn and Indeed — and all your spammy, outdated listings). Queue the misery and dread. I just needed to get back to work, and fast.

It felt nearly impossible to find a centralized, reliable place for local job openings that were actually real and actually relevant.

I couldn’t find a good Park City based job source, so I built one! But as a weekly curated newsletter…because wouldn’t it be nice if opportunities just landed in my inbox?
